What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role includes:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their orders, inquiries, and concerns
- Building strong relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
- Ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery
- Enrolling new customers and updating system records
- Recommending products and increasing order value through upselling
- Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Handling complaints professionally and escalating complex concerns when necessary
- Meeting service quality metrics and participating in training programs to stay informed on company products and processes
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – no experience required.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
- Basic computer skills; able to use MS Word and Excel.
- Typing speed of at least 30+ WPM.
