What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role includes:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their orders, inquiries, and concerns
  • Building strong relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
  • Ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery
  • Enrolling new customers and updating system records
  • Recommending products and increasing order value through upselling
  • Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
  • Handling complaints professionally and escalating complex concerns when necessary
  • Meeting service quality metrics and participating in training programs to stay informed on company products and processes
Who We’re Looking For
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – no experience required.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
  • Basic computer skills; able to use MS Word and Excel.
  • Typing speed of at least 30+ WPM.
