Summary:

We are looking for aSubject Matter Expert (SME)inSAP CO Product Cost Controllingto lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will manage team performance, drive key decisions, and ensure timely delivery of application features. This role requires strong financial process knowledge, integration experience, and hands-on expertise in cost analysis and reporting.

Location:Mandaluyong City

Shift:2:00 PM 12:00 AM

Work Setup:Hybrid (2x/week onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and cost management.
• Experience with integration of SAP modules and data migration.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques for cost analysis.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
