Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• As a Marketing Assistant, you will:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, trade shows, product launches, and client activities.
• Serve as a key contact for client communications, ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Support the marketing team in preparing event materials, presentations, and promotional items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and third-party partners for event requirements.
• Assist in managing social media updates and promotional campaigns related to events.
• Maintain records of client interactions, event feedback, and marketing reports.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, events management, or client relations (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel and work on-site during events when necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
