Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

• Maintain existing clients, and identify new markets and customer leads
• Prepare sales plan and ensure 100% compliance and/or completion of daily sales plan
• Prepare revenue plan per store and ensure achievement of revenue sales targets per principal and per store
• In charge of overall account management in the assigned area
• Apply systematic selling strategies to improve overall sales performance or basic call procedures (BCP)
• Acquire new accounts for continuous growth in the area
• Focuses sales efforts by studying the requirement of the outlet and its trade factors
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients
• Monitor completion by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, product, and merchandising techniques
• SFA and Smart Sales compliance
• Monitor and coordinate with Third Party Merchandisers and Supervisors
