Full Time VA with Accounting Experience - EARN 20K TO 50K (depending on the experience)!!!!!

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance or any related field.
• Experience working in the Accounting field (Quickbooks experience is a huge plus)
• Experience in Accounting Receivables/Payables
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of Mathematics and Accounting and Financial processes.
• Ethical behavior.
• Attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and highly-proficient
• High integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Willing to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule

Job responsibilities:

• Verifies and reconciles financial transactions
• Develops financial reports and reconciles financial data
• Prepares various financial statements
• Compiles reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivables, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to the operation of the business
• Reconciling bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the client
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
