Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee Financial Services operations within a BPO environment. The successful candidate will drive operational performance, client satisfaction, people leadership, and continuous improvement while ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of Financial Services programs.
- Drive SLA, KPI, productivity, and quality performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop operations teams.
- Manage client relationships and governance meetings.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Prepare business reviews and performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a Financial Services BPO.
- Strong background in SLA, KPI, and operational performance management.
- Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig on a night shift.
