Operations manager

Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Foodee Global Concepts’ restaurant brands, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing store performance, coordinating with branch managers, implementing company policies, and driving continuous improvement across all outlets.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant branches
• Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and local government requirements
• Monitor store performance, sales, costs, and productivity
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Lead, coach, and support Branch Managers and store teams
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage inventory control, cost management, and waste reduction
• Handle operational issues, customer concerns, and escalations
• Assist in opening new stores and implementing new concepts or systems
• Prepare operational reports and present recommendations to senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations management
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data, budgets, and performance reports
• Willing to travel to different store locations as needed
