NEAT ENGAGEMENT COMPANY INC. is looking for a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Staff to help maintain the overall condition, safety, and functionality of company buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance and repair works
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and safe
• Report major issues and coordinate with supervisors or contractors
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and maintenance procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in building or facilities maintenance is an advantage
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical works
• Ability to fix and complete repairs efficiently
• Physically fit and able to perform maintenance duties
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work flexible schedules if required
