Key Responsibilities/Duties:

Strategic Financial Support:

Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Business Partnering:

Work closely with non-financial managers to ensure financial understanding and alignment with business goals.

Reporting:

Prepare and present monthly management accounts, dashboards, and ad hoc financial reports.

Project Support:

Support business cases, investment appraisals, and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.

Compliance & Controls:

Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Other corporate matters and ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time with level-up requirements of the job.
