The Corporate Services & Investments Officer provides high-level executive support through implementing administrative policies, regulatory compliance, relationship management, and institutional investment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Management by ensuring an efficient and smoothly running business office
  • Assist the management with oral/written communication, preparing forms, specific contracts and requests for services, and liaise with clients, external providers, and vendors when necessary
  • Oversee general administrative support, including paper and electronic document archiving, filing, document registration, maintaining databases, etc;
  • Review documents, requests, contracts, reports, purchase orders, job orders before endorsement to management
  • Ensure government regulatory and policy compliance, actively monitor deadlines
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation throughout all public areas of the building
  • Act as host and provide secretarial and administrative support to visiting executives
  • Monitor and report market and economic developments
  • Provide support to the President and General Manager to execute investment transaction, and financial reporting documentation
  • Implement and maintain the investment portfolio
  • Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies
  • Attend annual meetings, review quarterly financial statements, and remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changes
  • Perform regular administration duties of all investment files.
  • Assist in new funds research/development.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication
  • 1-3 years relevant experience

  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously & unsupervised
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
