Accounting Operations Senior Manager (RTR)
About the Role
We are seeking a Record to Report (RTR) Operations Senior Manager to lead delivery strategy and operational excellence across one or more client portfolios. This is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting sales opportunities, shaping solutions, and delivering high‑quality RTR services by leveraging full enterprise capabilities.
The role requires a qualified finance professional (CPA / CA) with deep RTR expertise who can act as a trusted advisor in client and internal leadership discussions. You will work closely with Client Account Leadership teams to build strong client relationships, manage complex delivery environments, and ensure consistent achievement of service, quality, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities- Support sales and solutioning activities, ensuring feasibility and successful delivery of proposed RTR solutions by leveraging enterprise capabilities.
- Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with Client Account Leadership, acting as a senior advisor in governance and delivery forums.
- Lead and execute delivery service strategy across one or more RTR client portfolios.
- Address performance issues and implement structured continuous improvement plans to meet project targets and SLA commitments.
- Oversee people engagement, recruiting, and staffing, optimizing capacity and capability to achieve delivery targets.
- Act as a senior escalation point for operational and delivery risks, supporting risk mitigation decisions across multiple teams.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, compliance standards, and reporting accuracy across RTR processes.
- CPA or CA certification is required.
- 5 to 10 years of supervisory or people leadership experience, managing teams and/or team leads.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant RTR experience in at least one of the following sub‑processes:
- Transaction Processing
- Closing Cycle / Period Close
- Financial Reporting
- Strong expertise in service delivery, SLA management, and continuous improvement within RTR environments.
- Proven ability to operate as an SME and advisory leader with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience or background in business transformation is an advantage.
