Technical Support Representative

Job Description:
- Resolve complex customer issues related to hardware devices, software functionality, and network connectivity.
- Deliver high-quality service by providing clear, professional, and efficient technical solutions.
- Accurately document technical problems and resolutions within the system for future reference and tracking.
- Seamlessly manage and switch between multiple diagnostic tools and platforms to address user concerns.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first-call resolution and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
- With 1-2 years BPO Technical Support experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of basic networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems
- Willing to work on grave yard shift, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City
