• Open Roles & Responsibilities

1. Senior Network Engineer – VOIP Support / Unified Communications (2 openings)

• Provide Tier 3 operational support for enterprise VOIP and Unified Communications platforms
• Administer and troubleshoot call routing, SIP trunking, and UC components
• Manage system upgrades and configurations for Cisco, Avaya, or other major VOIP technologies
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of voice infrastructure

1. Senior Network Automation Engineer (1 opening)

• Design and implement network automation scripts and frameworks using Python, Ansible, or similar tools
• Automate device provisioning, configuration management, and routine maintenance tasks
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems
• Work closely with DevOps and network operations to streamline and scale infrastructure

1. Senior Network Observability Engineer (2 openings)

• Develop and maintain observability solutions (e.g., telemetry, metrics, logs, tracing) for complex network environments
• Deploy and manage monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar platforms
• Enable proactive alerting, diagnostics, and performance analysis of network components
• Collaborate with SRE, infrastructure, and NOC teams to ensure full visibility and rapid incident response

1. Senior Network Security Engineer (3 openings)

• Design, implement, and manage network security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis
• Monitor for threats, respond to incidents, and enforce security policies across network layers
• Work with compliance and security governance teams to meet regulatory and organizational standards
• General Qualifications (All Roles):
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise network engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP) are a strong plus
• Willing to work onsite in BGC during night shift hours
