Sonographer / Ultrasound Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and patient-focused Sonographer / Ultrasound Technician to join our growing fertility and women's healthcare team.

Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided by our Chief Sonographer.

• Perform ultrasound and sonographic examinations in accordance with established clinical standards, protocols, and physician requests.
• Perform transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) examinations when qualified and appropriately trained.
• Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images and ensure proper documentation of examination findings.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety throughout all examinations.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, embryologists, nurses, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
• Operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality standards, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Support the efficient day-to-day operations of the imaging unit.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.

• Must be a PRC-licensed Radiologic Technologist (RRT).
• Experience performing general ultrasound examinations is required.
• Experience performing transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) is highly preferred.
• Candidates without TVS experience but with OB-GYN ultrasound exposure and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
• Experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, or women's health is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality diagnostic imaging.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Willing to work weekends as required by operational needs.
