Position Title: Franchise Area Manager

Job Summary:

The Franchise Area Manager oversees multiple franchise stores to ensure operational excellence, brand compliance, sales growth, and profitability. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and franchisees, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned franchise stores.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with company standards, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
  • Analyze sales, profitability, labor, and inventory performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and operational support to franchisees and store management teams.
  • Assist franchisees with business planning, marketing initiatives, and local store promotions.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality are maintained across all locations.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR to support franchise operations.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports and business reviews to management.
  • Support franchise store openings, renovations, and expansion projects when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit retail, food service, or franchise operations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
