Quality Assurance Associate
Department: Product Development / Quality Assurance
Reports To: Product Development Officer (PDO)

With over several years of services, specializing in various aspects of manufacturing and consolidating operations arbitrage, trade financing, custom packaging for clients and other client specification.
The QA Associate supports the Product Development Officer in product development, quality assurance, and compliance activities. This role is responsible for documentation management, project tracking, supplier coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional support to ensure the smooth execution of product development and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and documentation support for product development and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain product development records, trackers, technical documents, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in product sourcing, sample monitoring, testing, evaluations, and project coordination.
- Support supplier communications, plant visits, product trials, and market research activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project completion.
- Assist in quality assurance monitoring, compliance documentation, and corrective action follow-ups.
- Provide support during product launches, supplier audits, and other operational activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Business
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in QA, product development, FMCG, food manufacturing, or documentation is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel for supplier visits, plant inspections, and product-related activities when necessary.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
