• Own and execute onboarding and training programs for new hires
• Facilitate structured training and upskilling sessions for Virtual Assistants
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and assessments
• Manage training evaluations, track progress, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, and Operations for smooth onboarding and handover
• Identify training gaps and continuously improve training programs

• 3+ years experience in training, learning & development, coaching, or facilitation
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
• Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and assessments
• Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability
• Reliable setup and availability for night shift schedule
