Accounting Supervisor (CPA)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and send billing statements accurately and on time.
• Supervise accounts receivables and enforce collection procedures to meet targets.
• Work closely with department heads to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for seamless transactions.
• Monitor accounts for potential delinquencies and recommend appropriate actions.
• Oversee collections to minimize profit loss while ensuring policy compliance.
• Handle additional tasks and participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 years of experience in billing & collection and a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial information
