About the role
Seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' customer service centre in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients and their customers.
What you'll be doing- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all cases
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills
- Highschool / Senior HS Graduate, No CC experience required or with customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
