ROLE SUMMARY
The ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER assists the Restaurant Manager in daily operational leadership and staff supervision. Ensures adherence to service and cleanliness standards and serves as the Officer-in-Charge in the Manager’s absence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate team schedules and daily deployment plans.
- Monitor floor operations and guest experience during shifts.
- Conduct training and coaching for new hires and tenured staff.
- Assist in inventory checks, equipment use, and shift handovers.
- Help resolve guest feedback and provide excellent service recovery.
- Communicate operational needs and participate in team briefings.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS- At least 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in food service.
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiar with POS systems and team coordination tools.
- Proficient in English and Filipino.
