Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (cold calling, email, social media, etc.).
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects within the HVAC-R market.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or any related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (Preferred)
• Familiarity with HVAC-R products, systems, and market dynamics is highly desirable. (Preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
