As an Education & IT Support Officer with a customer service focus, you’ll guide educators , answer questions and troubleshoot tech challenges in using software and tools confidently.

If you enjoy assisting others, making their day easier, and ensuring smooth learning experiences, this role is for you.

• Provide support to teachers and schools, helping them use TECHNOKids materials, resources, and tools confidently.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and offer practical solutions.
• Visit schools to run training programs and build strong relationships with educators.
• Track feedback, report recurring issues, and suggest improvements to the curriculum team.
• Share tips, resources, and updates to help teachers and students use technology effectively.

• You enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• Friendly, patient, and proactive.
• Comfortable communicating with teachers, students, and school staff.
• Curious and eager to learn new software and tech tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Education, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in common productivity and software tools
• Comfortable navigating basic IT software and applications
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience in customer service, training, or tech support is a plus.
