Finance Support
- Handle basic accounting, bookkeeping, and financial documents.
- Support payroll, reimbursements, and monthly reporting.
- Liaise with external accounting/tax partners.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Build and streamline internal finance processes.
- Administration Support
- Manage office spaces, supplies, and daily admin needs.
- Track attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate government filings and business requirements.
- Oversee support staff (drivers, janitors, etc.).
- Improve internal workflows and documentation.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business (fresh grads welcome).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, eager to learn and ready to grow in a startup.
