PROPERTY SPECIALIST

Responsible for marketing FAI's real estate portfolio (condo, lots, office, and commercial lots).

Job Description:

• Prospect for qualified clients and conduct project presentations to meet performance standards or monthly quota
• Develop digital marketing materials, adhering to the company's social media policies, to promote FAI projects
• Promote and undertake the sale of FAI projects at such prices, terms, and conditions as may be prescribed by the company
• Provide consistent updates to clients on promo terms, discounts, price increases, and other relevant information

Qualifications:

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Thrives under pressure and embraces challenges
• Experience in real estate sales or any sales industry is preferred, but not required
