Qualifications/Requirements

✅ Minimum Qualifications

Education:

o High school graduate or senior high school level
o Vocational course or TESDA NC II in Food and Beverage Services is an advantage

Experience:

o At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting
o Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates may be considered if trainable and presentable

Basic Skills:

o Able to take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
o Can use POS (Point of Sale) systems or take manual orders
o Knowledge of proper table setting, service sequence, and basic menu items

Experience in:

o Fine dining or hotel banquet service
o Handling multiple tables and busy shifts
o Basic upselling and suggestive selling

Knowledge of:

o Food allergies, dietary restrictions

o Basic wine or beverage service (optional)
