Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Team Leader or Specialist to develop and execute high-impact marketing events that drive brand visibility and user growth. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives, leverage social media trends, manage partnerships, and oversee on-ground execution to ensure brand alignment and measurable success.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Event Marketing Planning & Execution- Develop and implement integrated event marketing strategies in alignment with overall brand goals.
- Leverage social media trends to create shareable, engaging brand marketing events that drive engagement and retention.
- Design multi-channel event marketing communication strategies using KOL collaborations, social media, PR, and cross-industry partnerships.
- Coordinate with branding, PR, social media, marketing, design, and product teams to ensure efficient implementation of campaigns.
- Expand and manage partnerships with MCNs, KOLs, celebrity management firms, and cross-industry brands to enhance resource efficiency.
- Oversee full project execution: budgeting, supplier coordination, resource allocation, and quality control—ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Supervise on-site event execution, maintaining brand identity and responding to real-time challenges effectively.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as brand exposure, user acquisition, and engagement to refine future campaigns.
- Continuously improve brand events by developing long-term, sustainable brand IPs that strengthen loyalty and market positioning.
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, or marketing campaign management.
- Background in internet, entertainment, FMCG, or 4A agencies preferred.
- Demonstrated success in celebrity marketing, KOL collaborations, and large-scale event leadership.
- Proven ability to integrate external resources and manage cross-industry partnerships and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong market insight and deep understanding of brand marketing, user behavior, trends, and competition.
- Excellent project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple initiatives with high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement for ROI-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to lead internal teams and external partnerships.
- Skilled in business negotiations and resource maximization.
- Track record of success in high-impact events (e.g., product launches, cross-industry collaborations).
- Expertise in social media, short-form video marketing, and live-stream commerce.
- Strong industry connections with celebrities, KOLs, and MCN agencies.
- Experience in building sustainable brand IPs and long-term event marketing platforms.
