Job Summary
PCWORX Marketing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Artist to produce visually compelling digital content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience engagement. The role requires a strong blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools to deliver high-quality graphics, videos, motion graphics, and interactive media across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Production- Design high-quality visual assets for:
- Social media platforms
- Websites
- Digital ads
- Presentations and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging motion graphics, short-form videos, reels, and interactive media.
- Edit photos and videos while ensuring consistency with PCWORX and partner brand guidelines.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for:
- Generative design
- Image and video enhancement
- Automated or assisted editing workflows
- Continuously explore new AI tools to improve speed, quality, and creative output.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to:
- Conceptualize creative ideas
- Execute campaign visuals aligned with strategy and messaging
- Stay updated on:
- Design trends
- Emerging AI technologies
- Platform-specific best practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and creative briefs.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Working knowledge of AI-powered and generative design tools.
- Strong eye for:
- Composition
- Color theory
- Typography
- Visual storytelling
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience creating content for:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Illustration or 3D design skills (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Knowledge of UI/UX or web design principles
