Job Description
Posted on 16 July 2025- Install and activate ATM machines at designated sites.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on ATM units.
- Complete assigned jobs quickly and correctly on the first visit when possible.
- Analyze and fix technical issues to prevent repeat problems.
- Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance to keep ATMs in top condition.
- Conduct First Line Maintenance (FLM) to the Bank ATM custodian to handle basic ATM issues.
- Handle service calls promptly and professionally.
- Address client concerns with courtesy and care.
- Notify supervisors immediately when problems can’t be resolve.
- Keep records accurate and submit clear service reports after each job.
- Properly manage and take good care of the tools and parts used during work.
- Pickup of parts at Bus terminal, Airport, Hubs, etc. and transporting going to the ATM site.
- Handle the return shipment of the parts used and initiate the necessary coordination.
Qualifications/Requirements
TESDA Certificate or a degree in Electronics, IT, or a similar field.Experience in field service or technical support is a big plus.
Knowledge in basic computer networks and ATM software is helpful.
Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and can work independently.
Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
Willingness to travel nationwide even in short notice.
With active driving license and can drive motorcycle.
