As a Salesforce Developer, you'll work on a specialized Salesforce engagement focused on building custom applications, complex integrations, and scalable platform solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy hands-on coding, solving integration challenges, and collaborating directly with stakeholders to deliver high-impact business solutions.

The Qualifications We Seek

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise, consulting, or project-based environments
Strong expertise in Apex development, including triggers, classes, batch processes, asynchronous processing, and custom business logic
Extensive experience building applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Proven experience developing and maintaining Visualforce pages and custom Salesforce user interfaces
Hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, middleware, and integration frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience developing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, data migration, and Salesforce development tools
Experience across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization skills for Salesforce applications and integrations
Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and problem-solving capabilities
Salesforce Platform Developer certification is advantageous but not required

Your Daily Tasks

Convert functional requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while contributing to clear and well-structured technical documentation
Design, build, test, and maintain custom Salesforce features, including integrations, data migration processes, and Community-based interfaces
Oversee and support system integrations and Salesforce environments, including configuration, org management, and package control
Maintain system stability by monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting live Salesforce applications
Adhere to development standards, actively participate in code reviews, and deliver reliable effort estimates and task breakdowns
Leverage Salesforce Dataflow Editor and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, JSON) for complex data processing tasks
Identify and propose enhancements to system architecture, development workflows, and release processes
Implement and manage platform functionalities such as security settings, workflows, approval processes, and automation tools
Develop and optimize data queries using SOQL, SAQL, and SQL to support performance and reporting needs
