Manila - Spare parts sales assistant

Major Equipment, a leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery based in Ireland, is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Spare Parts Assistant to join our remote team so work from home no more commuting. You’ll be the first point of contact for UK/Ireland-based farmers and dealers needing support with identifying and ordering spare parts.

• Handle inbound phone calls and emails from customers regarding parts inquiries.
• Use company parts systems to identify and recommend the correct components.
• Communicate clearly with UK and US/EU customers — including those with strong regional accents.
• Interpret exploded diagrams, spare parts catalogs, and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for part availability and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and part orders.

• High school graduate or vocational course holder; a degree in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus
• Proven experience with at least 2 years experience in a mechanical, technical, or automotive/agricultural parts role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand UK/Ireland accents.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and parts manuals.
• Familiarity with Business Central/parts inventory systems is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and excel
• High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
