Job Description:- Involve in the formulation of business strategies with the heads of different departments.
- Assists in the development of new policies and programs and spent most of his time in the management of the company.
- Supervise and support implementation of cost, quality, and service improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department.
- Serve as a technical expert and coach for the team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
With bachelor's degree- With technical knowledge in machining company
- With Japanese Language Proficiency of N1
- Can able to read, write and Interpret technical drawings in Japanese
- Willing to work as soon as possible
