WE'RE HIRING: HR ASSISTANT
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
- Familiarity with HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance evaluations, and training coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Assist in performance evaluation and training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday - Saturday) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
