Boozy.ph is looking for a Finance Manager with extensive experience in handling the day to day financial operations of a company such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Compliance sections. This role will report directly to the CEO following a hybrid work setup. Our office is located at Alliance Global Tower (right beside Uptown Mall) in BGC, Taguig City.
As Finance Manager, your role will be expected to cover the following:
Leadership- Develop and implement procedures to ascertain accuracy within the general ledger and financial accounting systems and their compliance to corporate guidelines.
- Provide timely, accurate, and efficient administration of the appropriate finance applications to ensure accurate financial statements, appropriate internal controls, compliance with policies and delivery of value added information.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process and financial reporting procedures.
- Review data and prepare monthly and annual reports, as well as overseeing and preparing income statements.
- Work with internal/external auditors to complete annual audits and tax returns including the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Manage and supervise both the budgeting and forecasting process, as well as drive consistency in the process across all departments.
- Monitor the company’s financial health and performance to pinpoint opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Maintain strict quality control over financial transaction reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure accurate product inventory in Netsuite.
- Review report on variances and investigate on causes.
- Analyse and monitor forecasting and reorders.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Track inventory across all hubs and collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial teams to efficiently liquidate non-performing assets.
Basic qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field, preferably with a CPA license.
- Experience of at least five (5) years working in an Accounting/Finance Department and 3 years in the Supervisory or Management level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other cloud accounting systems.
- Must be a citizen and resident of The Philippines.
