About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Nurse to join our team at PICAZO BUYCO TAN FIDER & SANTOS'. As a Company Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees in our Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position that will involve providing comprehensive healthcare services and promoting a healthy work environment.
What you'll be doing- Providing first aid and basic medical care to employees as needed
- Conducting routine health screenings and wellness checks
- Administering vaccinations and other preventive healthcare measures
- Maintaining accurate medical records and reports
- Coordinating with external healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Promoting health and safety initiatives within the workplace
- Advising management on health-related policies and procedures
- Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Experience as a Company Nurse is an advantage
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics
