General manager

• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Analyze financial reports and operational data to support informed business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Review and approve operational plans, budgets, and major business initiatives.
• Resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and present business performance reports and recommendations to company executives or the Board.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 8–10 years of management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple business functions and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent financial and business acumen.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve organizational goals.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Filipino is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Imus, Cavite.
