About this opportunity
As a Country Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in defining and executing recruitment strategies within Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand. You will lead a skilled team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring Ericsson meets its ambitious hiring goals while delivering an exemplary experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role positions you at the forefront of Ericsson’s global transformation in talent acquisition, requiring excellence in strategy development, team leadership, and operational execution. Our assessment process
This recruitment process includes one initial phone screen, followed by two behavioral interviews and a case where we will assess the skills and behaviors we are seeking in our Country Talent Acquisition Managers. The successful candidates will receive an offer to join our team after completed the full assessment process.
