Salary: PHP 65,000 - PHP 80,000

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, including payroll processing, transaction categorization, and reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with billing, invoicing, payroll support, and reconciliations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• At least 1 year of experience under US tax accounting

• Experience working with US-based clients or accounting processes
• Experience with Gusto payroll platform is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data management
• Ability to prioritize workload and maintain efficiency under pressure

• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Manage billing and invoicing processes, including preparation and submission of client invoices
• Perform account reconciliations including bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records
• Monitor and record expenses and revenue transactions
• Manage and maintain QuickBooks, including categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related documentation
• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and accounting records
• Ensure timely collection tracking and payment monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in financial data
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of accounting records
