We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Support professional to assist the Workspace Sales Team in driving new business acquisition. This role will be essential in maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting lead management efforts, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal stakeholders.It combines sales operations, research, and administrative tasks to enable the team’s frontline performance.
The main responsibilities of a INSIDE SALES SUPPORT include:
Lead & Sales Support- Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely assignment and follow-up
- Update and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), tracking deal progress and sales activities
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects as needed
- Support in crafting sales messages and follow-up templates
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing trends, and market shifts
- Assist in maintaining stacking plans and building profiles
- Provide location-based research to support deal pitches and proposals
- Prepare proposals, slide decks, and client presentations
- Update sales trackers, dashboards, and internal reports
- Coordinate with Marketing, Client Services, and Brokers for accurate lead tagging and account routing
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of deal and contact records
- Help monitor and clean up sales reports, pipeline accuracy, and contact engagement
- Assist in generating weekly and monthly performance summaries
- Collaborate closely with sales officers, associates, and managers for end-to-end support

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 6 months of experience in sales support, CRM management, or administrative roles (internship experience counts)
- Strong communication skills; comfortable with client-facing calls and emails
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace; HubSpot knowledge is a plus
- Organized, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Direct experience supporting high-performance sales teams
- Exposure to real estate, flexible workspace, and B2B service sales
- Opportunity to work closely with senior sales executives and cross-functional teams
- Growth path toward Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management role
