Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React and Laravel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle development across both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with fellow developers and key stakeholders, ensuring high-quality code, robust architecture, and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and enhance application features using React (front-end) and Laravel (back-end)
- Manage end-to-end development processes including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Conduct and participate in thorough code reviews
- Collaborate daily with the development team via Slack and join regular stand-up meetings
- Perform detailed self-testing to ensure visual and functional accuracy of deliverables
- Recommend architectural improvements and performance enhancements
- Assist with production deployments and help troubleshoot issues as they occur
- Work within Agile sprint cycles (typically 2–3 weeks), using Phabricator for task management
Tech Stack:

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in both React and Laravel frameworks
- Experience with AWS for deployment and infrastructure setup/management
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins
- Solid knowledge of API development and integrating third-party services
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams
- Experience with improving and contributing to system architecture is a strong plus
