Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React and Laravel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle development across both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with fellow developers and key stakeholders, ensuring high-quality code, robust architecture, and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and enhance application features using React (front-end) and Laravel (back-end)
Manage end-to-end development processes including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Conduct and participate in thorough code reviews
Collaborate daily with the development team via Slack and join regular stand-up meetings
Perform detailed self-testing to ensure visual and functional accuracy of deliverables
Recommend architectural improvements and performance enhancements
Assist with production deployments and help troubleshoot issues as they occur
Work within Agile sprint cycles (typically 2–3 weeks), using Phabricator for task management

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in both React and Laravel frameworks
Experience with AWS for deployment and infrastructure setup/management
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins
Solid knowledge of API development and integrating third-party services
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams
Experience with improving and contributing to system architecture is a strong plus
Availability: Immediate start preferred
