Deployment Planning Lead - Cebu (pooling)

Primary Objectives.

1. Contributes to the improvement of the Service Level and provides continuous support to the whole network by optimizing distribution footprint to meet organizational and customer service requirements; ensuring product availability with the right quantity at the right time.
2. Responsible for the deployment and execution of defined inventory policies per location to avoid OOS.

1. Responsible for effective planning and controlling of supply to meet and exceed KPI’s relating to Customer Service, inventory levels, forecast variance etc. and avoid supply shortages.
2. Keeps tracks of delivery performance of Shipping Lines to Plants/DCs to ensure compliance to agreed delivery schedules.
3. Adjusts deployment plans considering variability of average daily sales (ADS), average daily forecast (ADF), average daily booking (ADB) against S&OP targets.
4. Facilitate complex initiatives relating to supply management with the intention of improving business performance and service. (Optimization of production capacity, transfer of products between facilities, balancing global inventory network, etc.)
5. Monitors actual deployment/execution against plans and collaborates with facilitating Plant to ensure 100% compliance to plan.
6. Ensures all shipments are accounted from departure from source to destination until Goods Receipt are finalized in SAP. Hanging Shipments are raised accordingly with Source and Destination.
7. Developing, maintaining and distribute regular reports and other performance indicators.
8. Analyze reports on inventory, production and deployment, interplant service level performance, and other planning parameters to determine reasons for stock-out, production stoppages, sales variances and service level gaps, and recommends contingency plan to address the issue.

Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or other relevant courses
• Good Communication skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Must have a strong background in Logistics planning and experience in FMCG industries
