• Train staff on hair coloring, cutting, and treatments, focusing on Korean styles.
• Lead both classroom and hands-on training sessions.
• Check staff skills regularly and provide extra support if needed.
• Coordinate product training with brand partners.
• Create training guides and materials.
• Keep training records and submit monthly reports.
• Help new hires learn salon procedures.
• Ensure staff follow health and safety rules.
• Act as the expert on Korean hair techniques.

• Finished a course in hairdressing or cosmetology from a recognized school in Korea.
• Must have a valid Korean cosmetology license.
• Extra certificates in teaching or training are a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a Korean salon as a stylist, supervisor, or trainer.
• Experience in training or teaching others is a big advantage.
• Can speak Korean fluently and knows moderate to advanced English.
• Good at working with people and guiding or coaching others.
