Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated HR Specialist to join our growing team. The HR Specialist for Recruitment will handle the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to help the company attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly organized and capable of handling fast-paced operational requirements
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing and networking
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of pre-employment requirements
