This is a hybrid setup based in Angeles City.

The role of Sales Assistant will involve assisting Business Development team to manage the new employer process within Fitness Passport. The specific details of the role will be provided below.

We are a small team, so the ability to work independently and with initiative is essential. You’ll be reliable, accurate and pleasant and be a valuable member of the Fitness Passport team.
  • Design surveys for new employers
  • Generate Daily reports
  • Generate info for Gym and Pool Promotions
  • Populate signup emails for new employers
  • Coverage and Capacity Specialist
  • Assessing Enquiries and respond with not eligible ones
  • Send emails to survey respondents
  • Work with Business Relationship Manager on progressing employers to signup stage -post-survey
  • Generate reports/summary for post sign up
  • Facility vote reporting
  • Data mining for prospective employer contacts and gyms for Australia and New Zealand and upload it in Freshsales (Primary: Emily, Support
  • Manage databases
  • Create/update process documents and videos
  • Work on automation of business processes
  • Assist Partnership Manager on New business Tasks as assigned
  • Ensure relief for Marketing Assistant at time of leave and when overflow of work required
  • QR Code Scan Tracking
  • Other duties as required

Work experience and skills

Essential
  • High computer literacy with good MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail/proofing of documents
  • Outbound call experience
  • Australian market knowledge and experience
Desirable
  • Experience in membership based business is highly regarded
  • Experience in data mining
  • Data Analysis and reporting
  • Prior experience in direct sales role
