Setup and Operations Manager (Electronics/Electrical Engineer)

Job Summary:

Setup and Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a charging network, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the handover and operational setup of EV charging stations with our partners.
• Train and support partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and inventory control of charging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair EV chargers to maintain high performance.
• Supervise third-party contractors and ensure compliance with service agreements.
• Coordinate with technical teams and partners on operational initiatives.
• Analyze network data to identify trends, track utilization, and develop comprehensive reports for management.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering; Licensed Engineer.
• 7-10 years of experience in a operations, maintenance, or a technical role or customer-facing role within the EV, renewable energy, oil & gas, automobile or power electronics industries.
