Qualifications:
- At least 2yrs experience as Technician in malls as Building Maintenance
- High School diploma and TESDA NCII certificate;
- Preferably w/ hands on knowledge in maintenance and repair of building equipment, including but not limited to Generator sets, Air conditioning units; Seawage Treatment Plant (STP), Water pumps, Escalators and Elevators.
- Knowledgeable in motor control;
