Store Operations Coordination
  • Acts as the primary coordination point of the operations team and client, ensuring operational concerns and procedures are being done on a daily basis.
  • Support the Retail Operations Senior Manager in new store openings, including permit processing, operational readiness, and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Monitors and follow up with ROSM & AMs on the progress of deliveries, and any concerns related to that. Reminds ROSM and AMs on stock level.
  • Oversee inventory monitoring of non-merchandise store supplies and operational materials.
  • Ensures that day-to-day operations are implemented smoothly and in accordance to the committed SLA to client.
Administrative and Operational Support
  • Process job requests related to store supplies, store design requirements, and merchandise pull-outs when necessary.
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of marketing collaterals to all retail locations and ensure that marketing campaigns are executed properly and accordingly in stores.
Financial and Compliance Monitoring
  • Ensures that rentals and responsibilities to the venues are being settled in a timely manner
  • Store utilities
  • Process purchase orders related to store operational requirements, including rental payments and other operational expenses.
Documentation and Records Management
  • Maintain proper documentation and safekeeping of store contracts, permits, and other critical operational records.
  • Ensure accurate filing and organization of operational documents for audit and reference purposes.
Promotions and Retail Execution
  • Monitor promotional activities across stores to ensure proper implementation and compliance with marketing guidelines.
  • Assist in the distribution and execution monitoring of marketing campaigns and store-level promotions.
Workforce and Operational Coordination
  • Consolidate and update headcount reports for store personnel and coordinate submissions to relevant departments.
  • Provide operational assistance to the ROSM in preparing reports, presentations, and management updates.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform additional duties and special assignments as may be required by management to support retail operations and organizational objectives.
Work Location: Pasig (willing to do field work within Metro Manila is preferred)
Job Types: Fixed Term, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months MINIMUM
