We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent technical support and assistance to our valued customers.

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner

• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all support activities

• At least a High School or SHS graduate; preferably with at least 6 months CCE

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a knack for quickly identifying and resolving issues
• Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
