About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Staff to join the dynamic team of our client located in Makati City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records.

1. Process and record incoming payments, reconcile accounts and issue invoices
2. Call out and follow up on active and overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans and coordinate with customers to collect outstanding balances
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
4. Prepare and generate reports on accounts receivable, cash flow and customer creditworthiness
5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure efficient and effective accounts receivable processes

1. At least 5 months of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance/accounting role
2. Graduate of BS Financial Management, BS Accounting Management, BS Accounting Technology and other related course.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with figures and data accurately
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with customers
5. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
6. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to task management
7. Good understanding of accounts receivable procedures and credit control practices
8. Familiarity with relevant accounting principles and regulations
