As a 3D Modeller, you'll create accurate framing takeoffs and interpret architectural and structural blueprints with precision. You'll collaborate with a high-performing team and adapt to new tools while communicating with a California-based crew-all from our Pampanga site.

- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Degrees must be in any engineering or IT course.
- Must have knowledge or experience in using SketchUp
- Strong ability to read and analyze construction and structural drawings
- High level of English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for handling a variety of blueprint types
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes in a fast-paced environment
Not required but nice to have:
- Proven experience in the construction and/or architecture industry, particularly with framing takeoffs
- Experience in US lumber framing norms
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software and blueprint interpretation
- Perform framing takeoffs using industry-specific software with high precision and attention to detail
- Review and interpret blueprints including construction, architectural, and structural drawings to ensure accurate takeoffs
- Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt quickly to new software tools and processes as they are introduced
- Communicate effectively with the California team
