Sales Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least a Bachelor’s degree holder
• With at least 3 years of work experience in sales, preferably with field sales exposure
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling techniques
• Experienced in sales planning and forecasting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Preferably knows how to drive
• Willing to be assigned in Batangas and Calamba areas

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Achieve growth and meet sales targets by managing assigned territory and/or accounts
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory/accounts, collaborating with other departments to meet objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
3. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through quality service, a deep understanding of customer needs, and addressing concerns to position SPCMC as a preferred business partner
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their requirements are accurately communicated to internal teams
5. Develop, implement, and regularly update annual account plans
6. Provide competitive intelligence, customer feedback, market insights, and trends to support business planning
7. Monitor and manage account receivables, ensuring collections are within agreed trade terms
8. Track and analyze actual performance versus targets, and implement strategies to address any gaps
9. Monitor and control account-related expenses, ensuring optimal resource utilization aligned with business goals
10. Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports as required
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures in the execution of field activities
12. Participate in and support various projects as needed
13. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
